Isabel is an award-winning filmmaker and actor driven to tell stories about messy, badass women. Born in London, Isabel grew up mostly in Northern California with stints in Buenos Aires and Minneapolis (twice). She majored in Theater Studies at Yale University and continued her acting training at the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia, American Conservatory Theatre, Shakespeare & Company, and The Groundlings.
She also has a MBA from the University of Cambridge concentrating in Culture, Arts, and Media Management and a blue belt in jiu jitsu.

With multiple projects in development and pre-production, Isabel has directed, written, produced, and assistant directed shorts, features, digital sketches, and commercials. Her first short, MotherEarth Inc. premiered at SeriesFest and was an official selection at Atlanta ShortsFest and Catalina Film Festival before winning Best Comedy Short at the Sacramento International Film Festival. Her second short, 2x6, won Cinematography For Actors Pinnacle Award (Overall Best Short).

In a typical shy girl drawn to stage and blossoming kind of story, Isabel started acting at 12 and hasn’t stopped—performing all over the world along side Broadway stars, Emmy nominated actors, and Grammy award winning artists. Favorite credits include performing with Clowns Without Border in South Africa, playing God at SF Sketch Fest, dying as Desdemona in Othello (African American Shakespeare Company) and speaking on a panel at San Diego Comic-Con.
She recently starred in the world premiere of Teddy by Sheila Forsey in Ireland while pregnant with her first child and is in talks to revive the role in the US.
